Fire your Clients!

Many distributors would never think about firing a client, but in some
instances that is exactly what you must do in order to improve your business.

When you have customers that demand you supply them with unreasonable
amounts of samples, change their minds frequently or always wait to the last
minute to place orders, then you should encourage them to buy from another distributor.

By telling clients who possess these traits to vanish, you have more time to
search for prospects who appreciate your services and not nickel and dime you to death.

The practice of firing customers is hard to do, but every time we have done
so, the outcome has been favorable since we have more time to spend with more respectful clients.

With the economy improving, you should make it a point to not be stuck with abusive or slow paying accounts!
