Everyone must deal with unreasonable clients from time to time.
When a person asks for special favors, they may be doing so in an
effort to test your resolve, or to see just how far they can push you.
By being fair, while holding your ground, you can eventually bring around difficult clients to your way of thinking.
If they do not want to be agreeable, it is probably best not to deal with them in the future.
Never waste time trying to make impossible people happy.
