Complete each task–
When something arrives in your box that you want to keep,
never slap it on your desktop. Take the time to place it in a file,
because if you don’t, it will take up screen space and never be
dealt with.
Control e-mail –
Create folders for e-mails and file them as soon they come in;
so they never build up. Many distributors face hundreds of e-mails
each day and must scroll through them repeatedly to find
pertinent ones.
Make a delete day–
Regularly delete files from your computer. By scheduling deleting
sessions to remove files that are no longer needed, you will have more
time to access important information when it is needed.
