How to Tell Liars from Buyers!

The best way to determine if someone is telling you the truth
when making sales calls is to observe their body language.

Size of their pupils-if the person that you are speaking with has pupils that appear large, then they like what you are saying. This is a definite sign of approval.

Eye contact-when someone is telling you the truth, they are not afraid to look you in the eye. People who glance away when you are speaking to them are most likely not giving you the whole story.

Legs & Arms-people who fidget are usually not telling the truth. When someone has their arms folded, they are not being receptive to what you are saying.

Body to stiff-A liar’s body will usually be extremely rigid. This is
happening because they are trying to control their emotions and
do not want to reveal what they are really thinking.

By determining quickly if a prospect is telling the truth, you can move the sales process along with serious buyers and to not waste time on phantom buyers!
